Tips for caring about thin and weak nails
In winter our nails, like the whole body, need special attention and care. Some steps to strengthen nails can be taken independently, without visiting salons.
Below you will find several recommendations and recipes that will be useful to everyone, and which are easy to recommend to your customers.
For thin nails:
1. Include in your diet wholesome and natural foods that contain vitamins and minerals.
2. Baths with sea salt and oil masks for hands and nails (lemon, bergamot oil, avocado, linseed oil and almond oil) will help restore thin nails.
For weak and exfoliating nails:
1. Wear gloves when exposed to cleaning agents.
2. Do not use metal files
3. Use natural oils of olive, coconut, almond.
Recipes for home nail care:
Recipe 1: Prepare a 200 ml bath. water add 1 tbsp. of sea salt. You can add just a couple of drops of iodine. The water for the bath should not be hot, but warm, put the nails into the bath for 15-20 minutes.
Recipe 2: You can mix olive oil and lemon juice in a 2: 1 ratio, warm the mixture a little and put the nails in for 10-15 minutes.
Recipe 3: Berries for nails. Grind any sour berries, black, red currants, cranberries into a pulp. Put the nails into it for 10-15 minutes.
Recipe 4: Chamomile bath: brew 1 tbsp. of dry chamomile with a glass of boiling water. The duration of the bath should not exceed 5 minutes.
